Worth the investment!
The hoop came in separately labeled boxes and the instructions were very clear. The quality of the construction and materials is professional grade and we have no worries about the hoop lasting longer than our kids will be in our home (they are currently 4 & 8). Our 4 year old lowers the hoop to the height that he wants and then raises it back up all by himself. We absolutely love this product and everyone is impressed when they see it.

Just spend the money!
I chose the Megaslam over the comparable goals because of the clear backboard, without the "H" frame. Also, buying directly from the manufacturer was preferable for me. Shipping was simple. Installation is straight forward. I also opted for the 180° breakaway rim, and I'm glad I did. I cannot believe how sturdy the entire system is. I'm 205lb and can hang on the front of the rim with no problem whatsoever. Dunking with all my power doesn't budge the system. The sound that the breakaway rim makes is satisfying too!
