The product was shipped freight and arrived ahead of schedule, well-packaged and undamaged. In this case, there were three boxes on a single double-sized pallet. We did a quick inventory and all parts were present. We installed the goal ourselves. The only difficult part of the installation was digging the hole. Once the concrete base was completed, the actual installation of the goal was pretty straight forward and was described accurately and sufficiently in the included documentation. You'll need to pay attention to the stainless steel bolt identification and where each bolt goes. Remove one bolt at a time from the packaging only when it's called for in the instructions. It's clear this is a very high quality, strong and durable basketball goal. We saw no flaws in the craftsmanship. Everyone who has played on the goal has the same comments - "the ball rebounds very well off of the backboard" and "this is like a professional backboard." It's like playing in a gym. The height adjustment is as advertised. It's very smooth and effortless. There is a youtube video of a small child adjusting the height - believe it. Also included was a touch-up paint kit in case you scratch the finish during the installation. Usually when I give a review, I try to give some constructive feedback to the company. Engineering, craftsmanship, quality of materials - there's nothing I see that can be improved. This basketball goal is as described and it exceeds my expectations. The only thing I see that could possibly be improved is the bolt labeling. The bolt kit comes in a shrink wrapped package over a cardboard backer. The labels are printed on the packaging. At first glance, the bolts may look the same, but there are subtle differences. To make the installation of the bolts foolproof, you should consider printing the bolt identification somewhere on the bolt itself, maybe on the hex head.
