This review is long overdue. I’m extremely demanding of my vendors and service providers, and I make it a point to provide feedback—both positive and negative—to help raise the bar. Fortunately, in the case of Mega Slam, I have nothing but high praise. When researching which basketball system to buy, I connected with Jon at Mega Slam. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions about the 72 system—a product that, in my opinion, clearly outclassed its competitors. While I expected good customer service, Jon went above and beyond. He didn’t just walk me through the features of the 72; he also provided broader guidance related to the court construction as a whole. He even sent photos of previous installations to help me visualize the setup and avoid a potential installation mistake. That insight was invaluable. The excellent service didn’t stop there. We live in a rural, hard-to-reach area north of Houston, and the logistics of delivery could have been challenging. But Jon and Jacob, who handled logistics, ensured the system arrived on time to align with our concrete pour schedule. In fact, one of their colleagues delivered it personally the night before—in his own pickup truck. During installation, I had a question and reached out to Jacob, who responded immediately with expert advice based on his years of experience. From beginning to end, the support was exceptional. My expectations for service are very high, and the entire Mega Slam team not only met but exceeded them. It’s rare these days to find service providers who take such personal and professional pride in their work—but they do exist, and Mega Slam is proof of that.
