Top quality Great customer service could not be happier!!

After looking at many basketball systems I decided on the MEGASLAM 60. The described quality, cost of the product, and free freight all went into my initial thoughts on purchasing the MEGASLAM 60. Since receiving it and installing it I have not been disappointed at all. This is a professional quality unit, it weighs 600+lbs, plan on this when the freight truck shows up with one person and wants to know where he can "drop/place" it. I am a contractor and the instructions are very detailed and appropriate for proper set up-you don't need to "guess" while assembling it and you should not deviate from the recommended base/footing of concrete needed. All the materials were high quality and their systems are very well engineered/put together. I expect this to last many years in the brutal summers and wet winters of northern California. The final assembly of the backboard to the frame states using four people and multiple ladders. I backed my full size truck under the frame and placed the backboard in the bed of the truck and then set it up on blocks and attached it to the frame. The backboard is very very heavy and by placing it in the bed of my truck prevented four of my buddies from holding this heavy object in the air while I attached it-seemed safer this way also. The kids and adults have already enjoyed many hours on it. The adjustable rim height function is great and easy to use. I am very impressed and highly recommend this product. It is one of the few products that you read about on the internet and you hope it is what it states it is and when it arrives it exceeds you expectations.
