I sent an inquiry email about 8pm one night and to my surprise got an email reply about 15 minutes later that created a conversation and closed the deal. For me to have someone answer my questions at that time was good enough to know their service was going to be top notch.

Other deciding factors were the simple straight across comparisons for the cost. Stainless steel hardware standard- makes sense to me. The size of the post, backboard, springs in the rim, ease of raising and lowering the system, and anchor system are all first class. The installer from the site for our area was meticulous about the install and there is actually about a ton of concrete in the base... it's not going anywhere. We are all very happy with the hoop and having a nicer system does get you out there more often just to use it. My son probably got in about 1000 more shots the first week it was up. An investment to enjoy for years to come!
