Very happy with the basketball hoop so far. We purchased the 60" to install in our driveway for the kids. The most difficult part of the installation was digging the hole and pouring the concrete, which I did myself. Other then that, myself and one other person were able to install the rest of the hoop in an hour or so, obviously allowing the concrete to cure prior to installation. Instructions were easy to follow. Save yourself a few hundred bucks and install yourself. I chose this product after many hours of research in store and on line. I narrowed it down to this hoop and one other, however I felt this product gave you everything you would need at the best price point. Everything about the product is solid and the best part is that it lowers to 5 ft, which allows my 6,4, and 2 year old to all use it. The only disappointing thing was that the rim had bubbling paint and in the bottom corners the paint was rubbed off exposing the metal.. Don't feel that this is MEGASLAM's fault as it most likely happened in transit. Perhaps you could review how you package the rim to assure it arrives in great condition, as the pole and backboard did. If you're looking for the best hoop on the market with the best price, you can't go wrong with MEGASLAM!

The basketball system has exceeded expectations thus far. Our 4yr old son is loving shooting on a "big boy" net and it is so easy to raise, dad gets to shoot around as well. The quality of the system is great with no shaking even after longer shots and a backboard response that mimics indoor nets. I tested the slam response and was surprised how strong the system is. I anticipate being the driveway where all the kids play.

I just finished the installation after a couple weeks of my kids getting on my case to finish. Overall, the assembly wasn't too difficult. The hardest part was lifting the backboard, but even this wasn't too bad. Just make sure you have a few helpers (we had 4 people). Just a quick note that maybe the people at Megaslam might want to know, I accidentally dropped one of the washers that are used to attach the rim directly into the channel of the backboard frame. I had a heck of a time getting the washer back out, but I was eventually successful. Maybe a lip can be added to the backboard under the backboard sleeve that is used to attach to the extension arm?

I love how the hoop plays so far. It's rigid and sturdy. The backboard and rim responses are true. Also, dunking is as much fun as it looks on tv ;)
